Industrial computed tomography service provider
The complete detection of components using industrial computer tomography – CT for short – or optical systems such as laser scanners or strip light systems…
- expand the information content
- accelerate throughput while maintaining costs.
With the help of digitalization of test specimens, all geometries can be recorded in a reference system without cutting. The test parts are archived as a digital twin. Re-measurements and extended analyzes are possible at any time – without having to set up again.
Another advantage for you as a customer is the outsourcing of the ongoing investment in current device technology. We renew our CT systems on average every 6 years. We provide you with raw data in STL, VGL, DICOM formats and parametrically reconstruct existing objects into volume models using Siemens NX or Geomagic.
Leading position in the market. In 2005, as an already established company, we immediately recognized the importance of industrial computer tomography and made a significant contribution to advancing this technology. The discovery of the Werth TomoScope 200 in 2005 at the ‘Control’ trade fair had solidified our decision to move in this innovative direction. Since then, we have been going through all the ups and downs of this technology full of euphoria and have accompanied the developments and challenges of industrial computer tomography.
Today, specializing in the micro-CT digitization of components enables us to take and maintain a leading position in the market.
- Large component sizes up to 6000 x 4000 x 2800 mm (up to 25 tons) is possible.
- Lowest measurement uncertainty due to the best equipment.
- Unique machine park in the field of measurement technology service providers with established high precision devices.

Was kosten Industrielle CTs
